I believe if MLK were alive today, like his niece, he would be out there on the front lines fighting for the rights of the unborn. I think it would also be a safe bet that no pro choice candidate would have the guts to enter a black church seeking voter support. For the life of me I cant understand how the black vote is going to the democrats. The blacks have been more exploited than any of us when it comes to abortion. Thank goodness for people like Rev. Childress who are getting the message out. The first walk for life in Oakland this year was a giant step forward. MLK would be proud!

I remember when I first began to write about Martin Luther King and a demon began to vex me by saying" who are you to interpret Martin Luther King?" I remember how it immobilized me at the time and made me pause and think, who would bother to listen.

I can say without a doubt, evil knew the power of the message and also knew he could not stop the message itself but attempted to bind the messenger. The article above reminds me of the message that came in "You've got mail" just as I was questioning myself on my qualifications. An unknown individual who had gone to the website and read a previous essay I had written on King and abortion chose at that moment to send me a word of encouragement. What did it say? Martin Luther King would be proud of what your ministry is doing. Boy did that timely message speak to my soul for I knew it had been providentially sent. The key to the article above is that this reporter feels that the message is getting out!

Once again God speaks to my soul. Sometimes I feel discouraged, I feel my work is in vain, but then the holy spirit revives my soul again.

When I see hundreds of thousands of African Americans flock after the worst pro-abort candidate running I feel discouraged. When I hear the "false Prophet" Jessie Jackson say we need Barack Obama now more than ever, I get discouraged! When I see the lack of denunciation of his candidacy and the unwillingness to confront him on the true issues that effect the future of this nation, I get discouraged.
